Victim of identity fraud. I paid account off, and Fingerhut still refused to delete from my credit report

I was the victim of Identity by an ex-girlfriend who ordered items from a fingerhut magazine in my name. I made the complaint to them and forward all information requested of me by Mr. Fernandez of customer service on june, 25. I eventually paid the account to a debt collector so that I can have it removed from my credit report.

Unitl this day the debt is listed in my credit report under two separate Fingerhut bank accounts. They should honor the fact that I paid this account despite being an identity theft victim.

Shame on you fingerhut corporation!
