If there is any lawsuit against Housevalues.com, please include me! I asked for a trial period but they made me sign an agreement with them! I was looking for seller leads, and I got leads for 1) buyers working with an agent already who wanted to know what to offer on the property 2) sellers already listing their homes with an agent who wants to know if it is priced correctly 3) people who are not legal owners of the property.
I tried to cancel my subscription after 10 days but they won't let me! I heard if you stop paying them they're going to mess up your credit. Anyone with any success please let me know, because I still have 7 months to go...
Also in my broker's class the instructor also told us these companies are violating many NAR rules!
