This past june, i purchased a 3 yr. Subscription for enquirer magazine on ebay. ($49.95) the seller (baynewstand) had a really high feedback. Here it is october and no magazine. We e-mailed the seller and they do not respond period. Basically, i was scammed out of $50.00.in the meantime from july to now (baynewstand) feedback is at 82.5 and all of their feed back is held in private. Which means no viewing of feedback.
Today i find out the seller is no longer a ebay registered user. Could be they got kicked off by ebay themselves. All i know i'm out $50.00 and haven't gotten any help from ebay or paypal. Paypal has a time limit to which you can file a claim 45 days. Magazines take a full 12 weeks before they arrive to ones home. Any help in getting my money back?
