I placed an order online at outdoorsuperstore.com for a birthday gift for my husband on 8/17/07. The money was debited from my account on 8/22/07. I checked daily to see when order was shipped, and when it had not been shipped by the end of August, I started contacting them to find out when it would be shipped. I got putoffs, excuses, and platitudes. I finally cancelled the order on 9/19 and then it took over 2 months, complaints to the BBBonline, Netcheck, and the FTC, plus constant emails and phone calls to get my refund. Never again!
