They have a poor return policy They tell you which projector mounts fit your machine but when you get it and it does not work to your satisfaction No return Because they say it fits

This company sells projector mounts. They decide if it fits or not. Their return policy is basically you buy it, it is yours. No return. I tried to return projector mounts that did not fit to my satisfaction on the style of projector I had. When I called to return, I was told tough, they would be happy to have me talk to a tech. Their mounts are a bad design. True, they may work, but very poorly.

Whatever happen to customer service???
