On or about 23 feb i order a lamp for my projector when it arrive and i tryed to installe it, but it did not fit. I put both lamps side by side and found out they are not the same so i email them and told them what the problem was. So we email back and forth, no resort as of yet, my last email i ask them for a refound because i don't like their return policy. Then they charge me 243 plus 158 it only suppose to be 243.00
