I keep several websites on midphase.com servers. One day the server were all of my websites are hosted crashed. One of the websites is actually a furniture store. Imagine that the store sells over $3,000/day worth of furniture.
For the entire downtime period of time I was unable to access any e-mails, and so were my customers, unable to get in touch with me.
Of course there were times, about 100000 times a year when I was unable to use my e-mail, and they advertise 99.99% uptime:)
I finally filled a complain with BetterBusinessBureau, and the Midphase company agreed to refund me any financial loses.
Of course I called Midphase to ask for a credit of $100:). Guess what they gave me? A credit of $7.95:).
Of course i'm trowing a law suite against them.
