One day I decided to look at my checking account to see if 2 checks i had wrote have been cashed. To my surprise i did not see that the checks been cashed but i did see a company that i never seen before named Ambassador Collection on my bank statement for $150 twice in one day, one debit after another. I never heard of this company in my life nor did i write checks to this company.
I called my bank asap, because this company took all the money I had in my checking account and this money was to go to the 2 checks I wrote. My bank told me they would send me a dispute form after giving me the run around, i told my bank i want them to change my card number and send me a new card, change my account number and close the one Ambassador got a hold off. I fax the form back to my bank and i still have not see any money yet, my bank promise to give me my money back but i still have not seen it. They said they have to investigate more because the company knows my name. Ok what's a name, of course they know my freaking name, they knew my bank's name, rounting number and my account number, so what's a name that is easy to get.
This situation is stressing me out so bad. I want my $300 back. I it is not fair this company gets to just take your hardworking money and nothing can be done and your bank seems like they dont care and they are in Ambassador collection favor it seems like. If i ever do see my $300 agaiin i will be sure to come back and update this post, but as it looks i will never see that money again. I wish is was only $5.00 then i would not be so upset but i would still want this company stopped cause this is my money not Ambassadors.
This company has really made me have a change of heart on all companies at this point. I do not write checks anymore, i do not pay any bills with my debit card, i am not online shopping like i used to i am only using protected, trusted companies.
