Ripoff consumer fraud false promises ripped off and scammed

We bought a computer (monitor processor scanner printer web cam) that is all hewellt packard and we were supposed to get large rebates on everything. We recieved the rebates that were for printer paper but never even recieved any kind of letter or money for the cash rebates. We should have recieved about four hundered dollars in rebates and this happened in january and still no reply
