Ripoff deceptive company Internet

My report is best described by the actual 3 emails exchanged, 1. My initial email, 2. Their response and 3. My response.

Dear Mr. Burns,

Your program caught my attention, looked good on the surface so I signed up for the 15 day trial, during the process it was noted in your documentation that the agreement included not sending more than one email to each address which necessitates removing duplicate addresses from each daily list. I did this in order to conform to the guidlines and found that your "Send to Over 600 Fresh
Opt-in Email Addresses a Day!" claim should be changed to "Send to an Average of 250 Fresh Opt-in Email Addresses a Day!"

See the attached spreadsheet file for details of adjusted totals on your daily lists after removal of duplicate addresses.

I have canceled my subscription due to the above facts. Taking the average of your claim spread of (600 - 1000) = (800) then calculating the Percent of Actual (263) = 32.8% means I would be getting 32.8% of your claim for $9.95 per month.

My counter proposal: I will subscribe to your service for (32.8% * $9.95) = $3.26 per month. If you would like to make an extra $3.26 per month please email me with an acceptance proposal and instructions on how to proceed to re-subscribe at (email address)

If these terms are not acceptable I will review your explanation response to the above found facts and give it due consideration before adding your site to the available Scam Reports and Lists on the Internet. It is reasonable to expect a reply within 7 days.

Sincerely,

2.

The notations on our site to only send one email per address pertains to each daily list. All addresses are collected daily and screened before each daily upload for duplicate addresses contained in the submissions to our sites for that period. There are people on the internet using mass submission software. These software's allow them to place the http address of any submission form on the internet into their database, which allows them to post automatically multiple times a day and for multiple days.
The term fresh means that the address was posted, received and validated after the date and time of our previous update. All addresses are deleted from our database every time our page is updated. We have no control on the number of days the person wants to post, as long as they realize that each post constitutes a willingness to receive our members emails.
I have found that sending ads to an address for more than one time is more effective than just one email to that address. One way that can be done is to leave in the addresses that are the same from day to day and let those people see the ads from our members for multiple days. Since they have accepted the disclaimer to receive emails everytime they post, we place these addresses on our site for our members benefit.

Mr. Burns,

Thank you for your prompt reply to my email. You make some very good points in your response, points that people deserve to be aware of before subscribing to your service, unfortunately these points are no where to be found on your Web Site. Perhaps some Website reconfiguration is in order... I'll take your response to be a denial of my counter offer.

Thank you for your time.
