I contacted The Greatest Vitamin in the World back in October. It sounded like it was an easy way to make money on the internet with little effort on my part. I also agreed to upgrade to this and that, but did not know how much I had ordered until my first credit card statement came. It was over $5,400.00. I contacted them sometime in November, and requested a refund, which was in due time of their refund policy (within one year). I actually received a letter stating that my refund was in process and I should be credited by the next billing on my credit card. Well, to date, which is February 2, I have not been credited with this refund amount. I have tried to contact them recently, but their phone number has been disconnected or no longer in service. I used a joint credit card, so needless to say, my husband has been furious with me. I have tried so hard to get this taken care of, but have not been able to. I would not recommend this to anyone.
