Don Lapre-the Greatest Vitamin In The World ripoff has not refunded my money have promised to refund in april it is may now

I ordered the greatest vitamin in january. I was not satisfied with product after comparing to other vitamins. Was not happy with the wording in website that said once viewing and if you were not happy you would have a protion of the website deducted from refund. I have been promised refund since the first time that i called and spoke to a lady named phyliss, told i would have refund in april, and told i would have a refund by the end of may, qwhich i haven not received yet. If there is a class action suit against don lapre and the greatest vitamin, please let me know.
