Tried to send this to charter communications, couldnt find an email and ofcourse, i have no cable now, im disabled, i depend on small thing to keep my sanity:

The cut my cable an internet off monday, told internet guy i mail pmt fri, he cut net bk on, said talk to billing bout cable back on, ws talk to by a sarcastic witch like i was a dog, then that witch cut off net an cable was still off soooo, i went bk stop pmt again, got phone an internet with nother net service, 75 more $, after sen graham office told me call consumer affairs, where i found out u people are on the byer beware list in sc!
