On 1/29 i treated my self to a compaq presario laptop, this was purchased at best buy online. On april 23 it went out, hp support told me to take it back to best buy and they would send it to be repaired.
This wasthe 25th of april.in which time i was given a date of repair for june 6. They lost my computer it finally was returned to my on june 29 unrepaired. With the claim that it's not in warranty which it was when i called hp they sent me a box to send it back to them for the necessary repair.
That came after two phone calls to hp. I was then sent an email stating that my computer would either be repaired or replaced by july 26.
On july 23 i was sent another email stating that it would be aug. 7 saying that parts were ordered. Well, on aug. 7 when i checked the statis of it online it was put off again until sept. 17.
When i call nobody can tell me anything, that is the few operators that i could understand, most couldn't speak english. I have contacted hp baord members and they sent me an email stating that they would look into this matter but that's the last time i have heard from them.
