Took money out of account and never has sent the dvds ripoff nationwide

Emailed every day and even ask for tracking number so i could track the package. They do not answer the customer service phone number they give you. They do not email you like they say they will. They do not go by what they say. It is just a big rip off. Have also asked for a refund. Wonder if i will ever get
