I purchased a minimum fee website account from Globat. Then Globat starting adding features I did not want. They are very realistic on Phone calls, but those agreements are never acknowledged by their billing department.
Today, I called their Customer Relations. Their first message is that they are taping the call. When I told them, so was I, The Customer Relations person said, "I cannot accept this call." At least I got that on tape.
Absolutly do not trust them with your account number! Where do I go next?
