On August 7th, I am at the hospital w/my mom and decide to check my bank account. Then I saw it, a supposed authorized withdrawl from my bank account for 149.95.. I NEVER authorized it and neither did my spouse. WHen they did it, 3 check I had written for bills BOUNCED becaue of it and now I have to pay fees from my bank because of this. They got their money, and will not refund it, because they said I authorized it. Then they had the audacity to tell me I could file a report with their compliance officer. I do not think so! I filed a dispute with my bank, but that can take up to 45 days. How can these companies do this to hard workin people who are just trying to make a living and pay their bills. Something has to be done!!!
