Globat Globat globat automatic upgrade charge

I own a computer business in Martinsville, Va and have hosted my website through Globat for the last three years and resold their service to our web clients as well. Last year, I spoke with my personal rep with Globat about a problem I was having with their automatic renewal charges. Globat was trying to charge me over 1 month in advance. My rep told me he had that removed and I would not be experiencing anymore problems. This year rolls around and I experience the same problem again. Their customer service is no help, my rep now will not return my calls. This is a fraudulent charge and poor customer service. I had perviously spoken with my rep about paying for three years when my account came due this year. I am currently backing my FTP up and I am going to cancel my account with Globat and move my hosting to GoDaddy. They are always available and always willing to help. I now resell hosting service to my customers through GoDaddy. They are much better to deal with. I'm having to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my money back from Globat. Stay away from Globat, you'll get much better customer service from xxxxxxx.
