Globat automatic upgrade charge bad service

I bought my own website from Globat Web Hosting. The website and the tools to edit it are great, but I had a major problem with the way the company does business.

About once a month I got an email that basically says that they're going to automatically upgrade my account and charge me for it, unless I specifically follow a certain link and opt out. I called them and said that I didn't want to receive any more of these automatic upgrade threats. They apologized and said that I would no longer receive them, but I still did.

I was tired of always having to opt out of these automatic upgrades, so when I canceled the credit card that they had on file, I just stopped responding to their threats. Then I got an email from them that said they tried to charge my credit card and it was declined. Then they said that they were going to try again in a few days and, if it was declined again, they would charge me even more.

I was so frustrated that I had to completely cancel my account, even though I had already paid for it through the year.
