I opened up a checking and business account. I never did receive my pictured Id at my address, so had them send to the bank. I have never received it. I started getting things charged to by Debit card, that I did not order. Went to the bank, multiple times, they would take off the charge, but it would mysteriosly appear again deducted. They even had one of their personell talk to me on the phone, the charges did not even come from My IP number on the Internet, which I showed them. But they come back charged again to me. I told them to put an alert on my account, which they did, I couldnt charge anything on line or else where, but charges would say I did on my business account. I personally went to the bank, deposited my social security check for $601.00 dollars. Before I went to bank, I had called the business account number and it said I was. 11 cents overdrawn, so I deposited my $601.00 dollar social security check, gave them. 11 cents cash and deposited $200.00 more. I get home call my business account and I only have $100. Left. This happens quite often. Then I receive 4 postal money orders from a supposed legit on-line-business, I go to the bank, wanted the manager to check them, for validity, she refused to talk to me. I cash them at the teller, ask him " are they good, He said well sure, I cash, get the money, go make another payment transfer, go home, get a call, saying the money orders are fake, and that I am fruading the bank. What can I do, there is something fish, going on at this bank, can I have them investigated?
