Billed my credit card, didn't ship the merchandise and closed my order without a refund ripoff

I placed an order with urbanposters.com last year (2006!) and they never shipped the order.
The rare instances I am able to speak to someone on the phone they give a different lie each time. Sometimes the order has shipped. Sometimes it has not. Sometimes the order is closed. Sometimes it is not. Sometimes the refund check is in the mail. Clearly it is not.
They will not respond to claims filed with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland.

If you value your money and your time, do not do business with this company. They will tell you anything to get you off of the phone and you certainly will not get your merchandise.
