I order a Garden Groom on line but sent an Email to Customerstatus.com to cancel order right after. However it was ignored and the order was shipped. Merchandise was returned right backvia USPS/Bordentown the same day. The total Amount charge was $118.90. I sent a claim for refund, only $59.00 was credited to my Credit Card Account.
$59.80 was charged for Shipping and Handling. Though merchandise was delivered by USPS, the copy from Customerstatus.com said shipped on 6/29/10 by FEDEX SMART POST.
I think that is kind of Ripoff.
