A couple months ago we were looking at my boy friends bank statement and noticed free lotto had been taking out money. I use to have a free lotto account but i do not recall ever putting his bank account# in there, if i did it would of only been for a address verification i never authorized them to take any money out, so i emailed them and told them that there was a misunderstanding that they are not supposed to take any money out of his account from now on. They had emailed me back and said that they would no longer be taking any money out and we would be reimbursed for that month which was in march, well when we got the bank statement the other day they were still taking money out, i am really angry plz help me
