Freelotto - fastsvcfreelotto.com taking 9.99 each mo from a credit card i want it stopped is all

I had the free lotto on my credit card and they have been taking 9.99 every month for i don't know how long now but have tried to have it stopped but i
don'y really have an ddress or any thing else to go by.
The only thing on the card is: PNI*FREELOTTO FAST SVC FREELOTTO.com NY

This is all i have to go by, following that are the
numbersas follows: MT081260101000010156829 and the charges 9.99. I even tried to get the credit card to help me stop the charges but they can't. All i want is them stopped. Thanks
