Ripoff keep taking money from my bank even after i have told them to cancel my account internet

Free lotto advertises 9.99 per month. After joining they were removing a lot more money than 9.99 from my account. I e mailed them to cancel my account. My user id was inactivated, but they keep taking money from my account and will not answer me.
