Where to start, once the order was placed I waited over a month to receive my scooter. While waiting I sent several tracking requests to which none were responded to. When it finally got here, the crate was damaged and I was missing parts. I contacted the company and their 'mail boxes' were all full.
After playing the phone game, I finally talked to someone. They told me to go on their site to report the problems. So I did and to my surprise I actually received an email that the parts would be shipped next day. That was 14 days ago. I also ordered a helmet at the same time and have yet to receive it.
The title finally arrived today, even if the scooter was operable, without the helmet and title I wouldn't be able to legally ride it. Their 'customer service' is horrible and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Once I have all my parts and helmet and am done with this company, I will be directing them to this report and others on rip off.
