Have messed up my credit and job opportunities

In December, I was contacted by Dell Financial that I had opened several accounts with them for the purchase of computer systems.

I filed a report in January and the following month I mailed a copy of the criminal impersonation report #1755 dated 2/4 from the 43rd precinct in Bronx, New York, to Dell Financial Services.

For the past 6 years Dell has continued to request payments by sending Invoices or correspondence indicating that I have an outstanding balance.

This identity theft issue was investigated by the 43rd precinct (Detective Unit 718-542-5530) but apparently this matter is still under investigation.

Yesterday I received another letter notifying me that they had not received any documentation and they charges and fees will be placed back on my account if they do not hear from me in 10 days.

I have kept almost all of their correspondence as proof of their practices.

I also have letters from two companies denying me employment because of my supposed financial history with Dell. I need a good attorney or advice.
