I woke up on July 21st of 2007 to find my website had been deleted by RHServe. My account was created by my friend jay the reseller owner who had brought a reseller account from RHServe.com. I then contact the main company of the name servers which is rhserve to find out what had happened to my account. Below is the following information needed. Screenshots are also available of the conversations.

I was wondering what is up with my website. Its on your server. Have you deleted it by any chance? Betacorner
If so nobody notified me of backing it up. If my site is gone and i cant get a backup from anywhere i will be taking further action towards those responsible. The site is not on the server because it cant find the hosts IP.

My friend jay owns a reseller on your server i dont know why it would be inactive. He currently jays-realm-webhosting. I worked hard on betacorner and i wake up to find you deleted my website. I am one of jays admins. Here is the old reseller details for his reseller account when he first purchased with you.

I know his reseller has not been inactive because hes been working hard the past few weeks on his hosting site. Betacorner.com was allocated on his reseller account but for some reason my site is not showing as online. I know he paid for a full years reseller with you because im the one who sent him to you.
Is my site betacorner still on your servers or is it deleted? If its been deleted is there any backup of it on your backup drives? Or could it be that the name servers are down causing this error?

Well he was given 2 warnings regarding his reseller so more likely you have deleted it. When jay gets on later i will get him to contact you. Still inactive sites on any server with any host should be confirmed first with whoever owns the accounts & to confirm if they want it deleted.

My account dont login on the direct ip so i know you have deleted it with a negative reason. I will be having a meeting with Jay later today and he shall be contacting you. I have owned lots of servers but i would not remove a users account with a negative reason such as "the account looks like it is inactive"
Again ill be getting jay to contact you asap then ill decide what action needs to be taken from there.

Jay should of contacted you earlier.
I will contact him in the future regarding my betacorner.com account. If jays got to redo all his accounts thats fine it will however take me 24 hours to get my site how it was in the first place. When jay got online today he was real upset that his account got deleted with no posotive reason.

I have found very good resources on the internet that you are scamming customers through ebay. You host them then you delete their accounts. You cant go around doing that. You know that is illegal right? I will be contacting ebay and i will also be contacting the police regarding your website. I know what you do and i know why you do it.
You told me jays account was removed as it was inactive which is a negative reason for deletion. You then tell jay his account was deleted for using alot of resources. You just cant get your story straight. I hope your going to get it straight when the police show up at your door.

I closed this ticket out until they have been dealt with. They say jays reseller account was deleted because it was inactive. Thats weird because he logs into the reseller everyday and also logs into his ftp accounts. But still they should not of deleted the reseller due to that negative reason. Today jay tells me he got a email back from them saying the account was deleted because he was using too many resources.
He paid 80 for a whole years hosting reseller account with them and this is what happens shortly after. The account is deleted. I then take a surf on google and find many have reported that RHServe scam their customers at ebay. This is 100% correct because of all the feedback i have read about the company. They are just scamming the customers through ebay so that they earn a income. This is totally illegal and some action needs to be taken towards the company before it is too late.
Today i will be getting jay to contact ebay aswell as paypal regarding this scam. I advise anyone who hears of this fake company to avoid them.
