I have paid monthly on unlimited hosting and they suspended my account with out warning or without cause, Even when I was a month behind I contacted ICANAHOST and being generouse when I was only to pay $10.00 I paid $15.00 for late fees and they agreed when I explained I was on SSI and was late getting my money. I have no idea why they suspended my account on April 26 without notification.
When I pay my dues they have no reason to even suspend me! I was not the only victim in this charade that they pull eBay has three complaints. I researched other places as well (KEYWORD ICANAHOST COMPLAINTS) and wow there was people left and right getting jipped! Don't be next and please use kewords (HOST & COMPLAINTS) and before you buy from eBay look at the comments.
Well enough said and sorry for the long letter, It hurts to be ripped off don't be next.
