I have 2 online business website that is already in business for more than 2 years. 2 years ago i buy a reseller hosting account from some seller in ebay at January. Ever since, I have been paying $15 / month for the hosting. I use it to host my store and also my brother website for total 6 website under my account, Because my account is reseller account. The payment is made automatically by paypal each month.
Suddenly on 0425 Jackpothost.com cancelled my account and deleted all my files without notice. They said they cancelled it because of my brother request and I just found out at 04/26/05 that my brother did suddenly receive email from an unknown hosting company and because of unknown company, he reply the email that he never use their service.
Based on this single email, Jackpothost.com closed my account without notice.
By closing the account, they also deleted all of the website that is under my account.
The bad news is, I don't have any backup for my website and others. I have spend a lot of money paying people to create my website. And also countless hour to enter the product, on www.Kbizz.com have at least 700 products & 120 customer information, on WWW.indowest.com have at least 200 news and 150 valuable picture, on www.Tomy&Yeffy.info have my brother wedding picture and all the information, on www.Gsog.org is a CHRISTIAN CHURCH Website, On www.Freebid.Us and WWW.indobid.com has Auction Program that was also lost without backups.
I try to email Altin Salakin but he never reply my email and always reply to my brother. He say that he is not responsible for all the file that he deleted, because he receive email from my brother but that is unauthorized email because my brother not own the account, I have the proof from the start I am dealing with this company and it is not happen 1st time, it is the 2nd time but this time they say that they already deleted it. I already pay jackpothost.com by paypal at 4/15/05 and the next due payment is 5/15/05. There is no reason for the account to be cancell and the payment is made automaticly by paypal debited to my personal checking account.
I need Altin Salakin to take responsible for what he did with my company and my brother.
