Computer Training - Learning) Center - 999amazingdeals.com Even worse now I now have a unusable manual 999amazingdeals.com is now non-existent! Ripoff

Very, very, VERY horrible scam. I am also one that paid $99 for this program manual 9/29/06 last year, and didn't gain a penny. H*, they all the more like to ignore the smart ones (lol). I tried asking them this certain question, "How can you tell if offers are being accepted or not." Of course if this question was answered in a timely manner, this would've gave me peace of mind if I should've asked for a refund or not.instead, they take their sweet merry time to contact you back whenever they feel like it.

I had to threaten BBB on them, which is what happened in my case in order to ever get a response back from these people. And even worse, they didn't respond until the 30 day money back guarantee was up, so they can turn around and say "Welp, it's too late now for a refund, duuuhhhh huuyk!", so you can turn around and say "NO DUH, DUE TO SOME IDIOT THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RESPOND BACK PROMPTLY!" They never answered this question. Straight out told me that they couldn't answer it! What customer service call center couldn't answer a question as simple as that if they're the one's that are promoting the product, that is. Even if they weren't the one's to ask that to, they should've left a number or e-mail to the people that could on they're Computer Training Center site, right? I tried e-mailing one of the reps from the Consumer Advocacy Group of America about their lack of response, and even they ignored my cries (leading me to believe that they might be in on it too).in the end, the whole situation led me to believe that I had been scammed, and that I might as well had thrown my $99 in the trash.

I just can't see how they are protected by BBB and Consumer Advocacy Group of America! From one e-mail address to the next, no matter if it was Computer Learning Center's or 999AmazingDeal's, or if it they both were playing the same company (because they both were horrible at responding), they just wouldn't respond. But when they did, they were horrible at it. They even had the nerve to tease you in the contact info with a customer service number that still wouldn't respond to you no matter how many messages you left. It disconnected after maybe only 2 months of it being on ((212)-946-1974).

Even worse now, just this past May, I went to take a peak at the 999amazingdeals website within the program manual to find that 999 amazingdeals, which was the main part of this program manual, is now a non-existant site. This happened just this year. I tried to recently get my money back for this now new situation arising through clickbank.com, and they told me that I only had 8 weeks after the purchase date to ever get a refund through them. Youropinionspays was listed as the publisher for this program on the receipt info, which also of all the non-existent things in this was a non-existent e-mail address. I was told by clickbank.com to contact the publisher, and they gave me a new publisher name with Train2work@home, and that still did no good. I even told them about how now this 999amazingdeals in the purchased manual doesn't work, and they still wanted to call my case too old past the 8 weeks. So how about that, got ran around ragged, and set up with a fake program that planned to just stop working a year later!

So I now end this report along with welcoming efforts from anybody else from this date forth of this report to possibly help me to help you, as far as if you may have any info that you can share that may help me in getting my money back, or any information I may have from what I've read about this company so far that can possibly help you in ridding this vermon of a company, and maybe helping you in possibly getting your money back if this has also happened to you. I can already easily say that for every same complaint I have already read here at usacomplaints.com on this same company, and for every other forum I've read about them at (stories in which also stated scam on this company), that almost, if not everyone at least from the dates of 8 and on has something to say that I'm afraid is or will be negative about this company, and that by now there is enough people in order to create a class action law suit against this company (I saw in one report 130 complaints with Boise's BBB). This company still has the nerve to exist to this day, and is still promoting possibly this same crap manual, and still taking people's money w/different highlights all around this website (you can now even contact Jenny Shaw). People, put your heads together, and I will surely put mine in. Together, we can eliminate this crap of a company for good.
