I ordered a book and cd-rom set from contractor books.com and they never delivered. However, they did charge my bank account for the order and the shipping. As before, they advised that the book was on back order. They stopped answering my emails, never returned my voice mail messages and never answered the phone. I ordered them in May, and now am looking for recourse.
