In the year I ordered 5 items from Cambridge Camera. They charged my credit card for all 5 items but only sent 4. The item not sent was a fresnel screen for a Canon camera for which they charged my credit card for $99.50. I sent three email contacts which were never answered. I sent the information to Popular Photography magazine which boasts that it polices its advertisers and got no response from them (Cambridge is a big advertiser in Popular Photography magazine). I then sent a complaint to the New York Better Business Bureau on 03/20, and received a formal acknowledgement from the BBB, but never heard anything more. Failing to ship items which have been paid for is apparently a common pattern with this company. This is theft!
