On the date of May 23rd 2007 my ebay account was suspended. I have no knowledge of why except for the message saying Dear bigdeals4u2007 ([email protected]), Your eBay account has been suspended because our records indicate that it is associated with the following currently suspended account: xxxSuspendedAccountUserIDxxx That is all I get and they have not emailed me and gave me any evidence or proof of who's other assumed account this is.
Right after ebay had suspended my account, paypal then did the same thing for the same reason. I had filed complaints against paypal to the BBB, Attorney General, FTC, and OTC. It took some time but paypal finally restored my account. I then tried to contact ebay that paypal had restored my account but ebay does not reply to my emails since last week when I sent 4 of them. I contacted paypal and a lady named Megan had been emailing ebay for me because ebay does not answer my emails. I am worried that someone
hacked my account but ebay refuses to send me any info and answer my emails.
Paypal has cleared me of this other assumed link but Megan has told me that she contacted ebay and they refuse to restore my account. I lost $1600 so far in sales. I had been with ebay for several years now with no complaints. I have good feedback of 150. I am disabled for 11 years now and ebay is costing me money. I checked my account and there is no indication of any other assumed linked account. I moved 8 months ago into my mothers home with my wife Mary Frank and am paying rent to my mother. I live here with My wife, Mother, and Myself. I have a sheriff's detective that is my nieghbor that can also confirm this. I have letters of proof from my ISP provider that no such email address exsists.
I have proof of my own IP address. If this matter does not get resolved, I will see ebay in small claims court and sue for my $1600 plus mental stress which is part of the reason why I am disabled. Ebay does not want to help people and they do not send me back any emails. Paypal at least investigated my situation and restored my account and I know that paypal is an ebay company because it says so at the bottom of paypal's email. I will contact the Osceola County Court House and file for a court order for ebay to appear here in Florida and they will then have to bring their proof with them to the court but it dont look good for them when they ignored my emails and I keep all my sent and received emails to prove that. I am here worried that someone might have hacked my account and ebay is suspending me when I am in good standing for several years with ebay and paypal. Please look into the matter and try to contact ebay about this matter because I can not get them to respond to my emails at all. Thank you for the help. Ebay ignores my emails and I lost $1600.
