Bogus membership for me without my knowledge and charge to my credit card ripoff

I did not notice they have charged me a few times ($19.95) to my credit card until today. So I called to ask what the charge is about and was greeted by a very rude lady; finally found it was some membership I had no idea about. I asked who signed me up, when and where, she said she did not know the info either. She said they have thousands of distribution partners??? And I did not know what relationship I had with their distribution partners.

Then I called my credit card services and was told to have to change the number. AFter a while I called the number of valueplus again. Had the luck to speak to gentlemen not rude at all. Was told I would get some forms to fill out.

This makes me wonder, that nobody can do anything if they can charge your credit cards without telling you anything.
