I placed an order with The Blade Shop without doing my due diligence and it has cost me $524.99. Upon being told my order was on back order, I requested that my order be canceled. After it was canceled they charged my credit card for the full amount. I have called several times and I keep getting a run around; three calls and three conflicting answers. Ultimately they said it can take up to 10 days, so I waited patiently and still no refund. 2 weeks later it appears that they have no intention of refunding my money.
During this process I have found out that I am not alone, performing a web search has shown me that I am not the only person having difficulties with this company.
