I've been a Club Pogo member since 2003 or 2004 and over this weekend i tried to log on to play my games. I got message account has been disabled. I called to find out why and was told that I was terminated. I asked why and was told they couldnt give that info over the phone and i had to write.
So I wrote them, twice now and have gotten no where. I have NEVER ever gotten reported (as far as I know) for anything. Never gotten any warnings either.
The last day that I was able to play there i said the sh*t word in an uncensored room, and even continued to play for hours afterwards without incedent. 400 plus badges and 20 million tokens are gone. My membership terminated with NO answers.
I called quite a few more times because my letters are going un answered and its getting aggravating to have to repeat myself over and over to someone who I cant understand because they speak broken english I want answers.
I could see getting a ban for the profanity but to be terminated is simply LUDACRIS! Can someone please tell me how to find out why Ive been terminated? PLEASE. I am disabled and my computer is my only source for entertainment and I Loved playing the games at club pogo
