I recently went through a problem with this company and did a search on this site to see if they were listed. To my surprise I found someone else who had the same problems with this very same company. I applied for a loan on a website a couple weeks ago and received my funds. Shortly after a miscellaneous charge in the amount of $49.95 was charged to my checking account.
Upon further investigation, I found what appeared to be a fake check (substitute check) listed on my current transactions stating that I authorized this charge. I've tried calling and emailing this company all to have them tell me the same thing through a message when I go to www.contacteverprivate.com stating that they can give me information (IP address, date, time, etc.) about how I gave them my information to authorize this purchase.
Same as the other person, I kept repeating, I WANT A REFUND! But they keep responding with the same answer. When I try to contact them by phone 514-868-2092 8am-8pm (Quebec number when company is supposedly located in California) I am unable to speak with anyone. This could take forever, but I'm hoping someone else has better luck.
