I had unfortunately ordered a power adapter from this terrible site for a laptop. Surprisingly I received the item, however it was defective. The account I had 'created' on the site was never activated and I also had never received a confirmation email on the purchase. When I tried to RMA the item I was faced with using a generic correspondence form on the website, which garnered a response some days later.
The email sent in return was simply a canned letter for RMA procedure and what to include. Among the items for inclusion was the order number — this presented a problem as I was never made aware of what it might be. After another email I was simply given a one line response of the 4-5 digit order number (probably made up for all I know). During this entire ordeal, in every email I pleaded with the anonymous sender that he activate my mysteriously inactive account on the website — this issue was never addressed.
After following to a T the strict requirements for the RMA, I waited for a solid 5 days and began to try and correspond with the mysterious site owner once again. No further responses have ever been received by me, and the same item which I had purchased is now up for sale again on the website for half of what I originally paid. Very interesting indeed...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY". It is run by an extremely dishonest person and I do not wish anyone to suffer the same sorry consequences that I have.
