I purchased a Canon Thermos from www.canonmugs.com.
I immediately received an email confirmation "Thanking me for my purchase". The email stated that once the item shipped that I would receive an email with tracking number.
It has been 8 days and I have yet to hear anything from the seller: www.canonmugs.com or Yu Zhang.
I have tried to correspond with Yu Zhang and/or www.canonmugs.com 3 times via email (this is the only way to correspond ~ they have no telephone number listed). I still haven't received any respond at all from them. And now, their website won't even pull up! Internet says it can't find the server.
I am very careful with my online purchases. This website appeared to be safe. I had no idea the item was coming from Hong Kong or China. As a matter of fact, I thought the website was an extension of the Canon Company itself and would be coming from Canon USA.
