I paid through paypal for leads, with the promise there would be no duplicates, what I recieved was a messy list that for the first part of the list had first name / last name, so it appeared good. Once all my post cards were returned I was deleting them from the list provided and notices that some of the list was last name, first name.
Now I could have checked each and every name and straighten out the names, except in the instances where you can not tell if it's a first name or last name? However they sell up to 10,000 names in a list, how do you manually check 10,000 names? If they came last name, first name and all were the same you could parse it out, but being mixed is a night mare and not all name are definately first or last. They also promised no duplicates and there are duplicates.
I have sent 4 differnet emails to the [email protected] address and they are not responding. Luckly I only bought 500 leads, but I spent a lot of money getting these mailed out and they are coming back. This is the real problem, they are not responding at all. I will be asking my bank to get my money back, and I have sent an email to paypal, but this company is bad to work with,
