Just a heads up if these people contact you to sell you Buyer and Seller leads for Real Estate. They promise to send you 60 leads in 90 days and you're guaranteed to complete one transaction or your money back. I got leads out of my area, leads for homes already listed 3 months ago, duplicates of leads that they had sent me previously and a total of only 17 in the first 60 days. I sent e-mails and left voice mails indicating I wanted to discuss problems with them and have not heard back. If I hadn't done this on my American Express I'm not sure if I would have gotten my money back. I just had them reverse the charge.
