I attended a Premier Trade AI preview class on Sept 20th and purchased software which I returned after calling for the required RMX number. I have been calling and e-mailing the company for close to 6 months and get the standard "you will receive a refund but we don't know when."
I have spoken to Vlladamir and Terence and received Email from Erica Jones with the same answer. The first email stated 1 month for processing now the time is unknown.? Never or years?
I puchased the software from Will Buckley and at the seminar was told the refunds come usually beore your credit card bill comes. Ha Ha.
I am so frustrated and feel powerless.
