I attended the Company workshop in Toronto in Oct 16. I returned the software in two weeks after trial period, but still not able to get my money back.
I called to the company billing department I Toronto several times to resolve the issue and talked to David. He promised that a manager contact with me. I still did not get any feed back. I also sent a letter to Florida head office. I still did not get any feed back. I've already sent a claim to Orlando BBB and received the following:
As Premier Trade has not offered specific information as to the disposition of your refund, we have notified the company that their response does not adequately resolve the complaint
And in the latter form the Billing Dept of the company to BBB says that a record is indicated that the customer will receive it shortly. It is dated by Jan 30
