Let me start by saying this company did not breach their contract with me. They made no promises in the actual written contract that they didn't live up to.
That being said, let me assure you that after collecting my $3600 for internet leads 2 months ago, this company not only hasn't provided a single lead, they absolutely do not respons to attempts to reach them for customer service.
When i finally got ahold of a "manager" who was supposed to help me alter my zip codes to "improve my response". He never did call me back or fax me any forms to do so. I left him 3 voice mails which have never been returned. I left my salesman 5 voice mails which have never been returned. When i finally reached the "manager" at his desk, he wouldn't tell me who he was until i told him who i was (even though it was his extension). Once i told him who i was, he then claimed that he was not the person i was looking for (even though i recognized his distict shady voice).
Bottom line, i would be very careful using this company.
Dear allinsuranceneedz.com lawyers... Save your $. 39 and don't bother sending me threatening letters warning of suit, as it appears is your m.O. With anyone else making a report about your company (and their are quite a few). I am within my rights to report this and will not be retracting my factual statements.instead, save your $. 39 for defense of allinsuranceneedz.com for what i believe will be a forthcoming class action lawsuit.
