On 2/2 I purchased a Gateway MT6821 notebook computer from the Office Depot in Los Alamitos, CA. The computer came with a $150 rebate, which I mailed the day after. After more than three months, not only the check hasn't arrived, but on the Gateway website there is no trace of my rebate. I tried to contact them and they're not cooperating, asking me for information I obviously could never provide, like the exact address where I mailed the rebate or the dept. Number.
I mailed the rebate to the right address, I'm pretty sure of that, and they should be able to find it very easily. I know another person who hasn't received this rebate and I suspect Gateway is deliberately ripping off their customers. I'm so sick with this company, I will never buy any of their products again.
