I sent all of the information that was provided to me when I purchased an emachine computer at Best Buy for my $50.00 rebate. Later I was informed that I did not send everything in and proceeded to send it again with all of the information that was requested. I again received an email that looks to me to be computer generated, with no human contact at all.
I have pretty much decided to kiss that $50 goodbye and not buy anything that requires a rebate.
I had heard of rebate ripoffs before but it had never happened to me.
Gateway buyers beware!!!
