GIM should be Gip because that is what it is a Gip

I took a laptop in to get fixed. It took them a week and $80 out of my pocket for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. I called someone the same day and was told to bring it in and they could fix it. I see why they ask for GA Tech students. To teach them how to fix computers. What a rip-off!
