I bought a long arm Queen Quilter 18 sewing machine on-line from Sewing Machines Plus last year. It had a huge oil loss right away. They said it was because we had put too much in. It has run so badly and broken thread and skipped stitches so consistently that I took it to a local tech. It has two factory defects — the oil retainer and a burr on the stitch plate. Sewing Machine Plus says their machines are under warranty for 5 years, but they will do nothing for us; they just keep giving us rediculous excuses for the malfunctions. I just wanted to return it for repair or replacement, but they will not cooperate. I wrote a poor review on their "five star rating" spot, or so they claim. They never published it. Their five star review rating by purchasers is therefore also a fraud. If you buy an expensive machine from them, they will not back it up. They take your money, and that's it. And they only publish positive reviews, which I relied upon to make my purchase.
