Initially, our technology coordinator was "talked into" a trial cartridge and catalogs (in order to purchase additional cartridges) by one of their salesmen. Little did he know that he would be receiving six additional cartridges. My administrator and I have personally talked to their representatives on the phone, stating that we did not agree to this.
Finally, to conclude our business with this company, we agreed to purchase two of the final four cartridges that had arrived unannounced (two would be picked up by UPS at their expense). Our account was to have been CLOSED in March after our final payment and AGAIN, a month later, we receive another shipment.
The cost of these toner cartridges far exceed that of other suppliers.
We feel that American Computer Supplies are using improper sales techniques and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as you can never talk to a rep when you call, you have to leave a voice mail message.
